What are you currently working on or worked on before?
Mathematics Lecturing and research on mathematical modeling.
What encouraged you to pursue your research topic?
Very much motivated to apply mathematical techniques to model real-world problems.

The Open University of Sri Lanka.
Where do you find your best inspiration for your work?
Ability to tackle problems and quantitative skills.

We should not give up problem-solving, try-hard continuously until it is achieved.
What motivated you to be a researcher?
The wide range of problems seen in the world seeking solutions in modeling
According to your opinion, what are the changes that the Sri Lankan education system needs to do, in order to meet the requirement of the international industry and academia?
- School education must be changed so that the children think out of the box, much more sensible catering the societal needs
- The exam-oriented framework should be amended.
- University education must be more focused on producing employable graduates and they can directly contribute to improving the economy. University graduates should be independent and creative having a vision of life.
